The automatic call queue works like a call center solution, using your current phones. It helps you manage high call volumes by placing customers on a queue and then connecting them to your phones in the order they called.

  • For example, if you prefer to live-answer calls for (say) 'Sales' or 'Estimates', the call agent will select those calls and put them in a waiting queue so you and your team can answer from any phone or from the IsOn24 app on any tablet or computer.
  • The call agent rings all phones (agents) at once or in an escalation sequence.
  • You can customize the maximum number of calls allowed in the queue at any time. After which, new callers can leave a voicemail.
  • You can customize the maximum wait time for customers in the queue. After which, customers can leave a voicemail.

Call minutes include inbound call minutes when a customer calls in and the outbound minutes when IsOn24 forwards a customer call to your phones.

Absolutely. You can request a new toll-free number from us or port in your current toll-free number.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee. Our onboarding services are complimentary.

Are there annual plans?

Absolutely. All of our plans have annual payment options with significant discounts over monthly payments.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan anytime from the IsOn24 app.

Are there discounts for multiple locations?

What is the payment schedule?

Suppose you subscribe to a monthly payment plan. In that case, the subscription period is 30 days, and we process the charges at the beginning of each period. For annual plans, we process the charges for the whole year at the beginning.

What are the payment options?

You will need a credit card to select a subscription plan initially. After that, you can switch to alternate payment methods, including checking accounts, from the IsOn24 app.
